Packaging and Protection

Paintings are carefully wrapped with care and attention to detail. Each work is protected with bubble

wrap and/or cloth, then cardboard corners and strong cardboard surrounds for added protection. The

protected work is then inserted into delivery packaging ready for posting or courier.

Returns and Refund Policy

Conditions for returns:

• Refunds are guaranteed if paintings are returned undamaged, and physically received, within 30 days of the purchase date.

• The goods must not be damaged

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Packaging with care and padding is recommended and this is how your painting was sent to you. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you return goods with an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual physical receipt of the painting.
